**********************AMENDMENT 00001, Update Requirement*********************

The purpose of this amendment is to update the Fresh Raw Rations - Annual Training at Camp Gruber requirement. Updated documents are attached to this solicitation.

 This amendment does not extend the proposal due date nor the time. Proposals are due 19 May 2025 by 8am CST. Proposals are to be emailed to MacKenzie Boyd, mackenzie.a.boyd.civ@army.mil and Ryan Moehle, ryan.moehle@us.af.mil.

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.


2. The solicitation number is W912L6-25-R-A007 issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov.


3. This solicitation is Full and Open with a small business preference. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 311999, All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing with a standard size of 700 employees and Product and Service Code (PSC) 8945, Food, Oils and Fats.


4. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred or associated with in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-25-R-A007.


5. It is the Government’s intent to award a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Bulk Food Items without discussion.

7. Contractor shall provide all food items ordered (canned goods, dry goods, fresh meats, frozen meats, fresh produce, dairy products, bread products, etc.) as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) from the facility and deliver to Camp Gruber Training Site.


8. Delivery and Acceptance will be at FOB Destination, according to the delivery location stated in the SOW.


9. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition, to include any addenda to the provision. Provisions and Clauses are attached to include the technical evaluation criteria for award.


10. The Offeror is required to have a current and active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://sam.gov at the time the proposal is submitted and not in a “pending” status, as well as no exclusions.

12. Proposals shall be submitted via email no later than May 19th, 2025, at 08:00 a.m. CST to MacKenzie Boyd at mackenzie.a.boyd.civ@army.mil and Ryan Moehle at ryan.moehle@us.af.mil. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure all questions and proposal documents are received prior to the close date and time. No phone calls.
