AMENDMENT 1 - This combined synopsis/solicitation has been amended to include the sign-in sheet from the site visit held on 9 July 2025, and the questions and answers submitted for this requirement. The quotation due date has been extended to 18 July 2025.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333923 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 1250 Employees.
FAR 52.232-18 – Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
The South Dakota Air National Guard has a requirement to replace two vehicle hoists in B53. See attached RFQ, Attachment 1, and Quote Sheet.
SITE VISIT: A site visit will be conducted on 9 July 2025 at 10:00 AM CT at 1201 W Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Information provided at this site visit shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of this notice. Terms remain unchanged unless notice is amended in writing. All contractors coming on base to attend the site visit will be required to register by 2 July 2025 at 12:00 PM CT. TSgt Audinet will email a form back that will require information for each person attending along with instructions for submitting the form and any current protocols while on base. All individuals requiring installation access must posess a REAL-ID for the purposes of personnel vetting. Due to the REAL-ID Act of 2005, all individuals requiring installation access after 7 May 2025 shall posess a REAL-ID for the B53 Hoist project. All interested parties will be at Vehicle Maintenance, B53 at the time indicated above.
No questions will be answered at the site visit. All questions must be submitted in writing to the primary and alternate Points of Contact no later than 2 business days prior to the quote due date.
