This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for CRASHNET devices (strobe lights et al). This is a small business set aside.
The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 335132 and the size standard is $16,661.00.
Solicitation number W50S8E25Q0001 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06 Effective August 29, 2024. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov.
This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The basis of award will be the lowest price. The contractor who is the lowest price must meet all the requirements that are outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1.
