***23 April 2025 - Based on the ratings of each proposal against all evaluation criteria, the contracting officer shall establish a competitive range comprised of all of the most highly rated proposals, unless the range is further reduced for purposes of efficiency.***

Renew, replace, and upgrade all Voice, Audio, Video, and Data systems infrastructure supporting the MARFORSOC Network Operator Course Classroom (Building RR425), aboard Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC.

Per page 33 of RFP:

(1) All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contracting Office. The deadline for submittal of questions regarding this solicitation is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 28 April 2025. Responses will be provided via Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) amendment. No direct exchanges between the technical representative and a prospective Offeror shall be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Questions shall be submitted via email to: Betty Gonzalez (beatriz.gonzalez.civ@socom.mil) & Sam Williams (samuel.williams1@socom.mil) referencing the RFQ number and company full name in email subject line section. 


(2) A Site Visit will be conducted on 22 April 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) at Stone Bay. The purpose of the Site Visit is to allow prospective vendors the opportunity to get a better understanding of the requirement and ask questions. Vendors must submit an access request via email no later than 16 April at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to: Betty Gonzalez (beatriz.gonzalez.civ@socom.mil) & Sam Williams (samuel.williams1@socom.mil). It is the vendors responsibility to ensure they can gain both access to Camp Lejeune as well as the MARFORSOC Compound.


(3) Quotes must be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 12 May 2025. Quotes received after this timeframe shall not be considered for award. Only quotes submitted by vendors who attend the site visit will be considered. The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government. The prospective offeror must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for award. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. All quotes must be submitted via email, no other form of submission will be accepted.
