This is a Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Quotes are being requested under solicitation number W9132V25S1730.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued as 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services, and the size standard of 34M.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02 (12/23/2019) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DPN 20190531(10/01/2019).

The U. S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geospatial Research Laboratory (GRL) has a requirement for a Custom Workstation to be performed in accordance with the Description of Requirement (DOR) in the attached RFQ.
REQUIREMENT
The Geospatial Research laboratory has a requirement to purchase a scientific workstation with high memory capacity and peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe) connectivity to support multiple accelerator cards, including graphics processing units (GPUs) and field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). This workstation will be used as a testbed in the development of lidar processing algorithms and will regularly process large volumes of data on the CPU and accelerator cards.
Selection Process: Technical experts at GRL will review each quote offered to GRL in response to this solicitation. The vendor is requested to provide clear quotes showing that their products meet all the listed requirements to ensure the technical experts can verify that an offered product will meet all the required standards.
Evaluation:
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the Lowest Price.
