Description


10 SOPS has a requirement for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, test, and training of one (1) dual uplink band (L and Unified S Band (USB) uplink) and S band downlink antenna and rigid radome for Det C to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Commanding (TT&C) of satellites operating in a geosynchronous orbit. In addition, the Contractor will need to procure, install, and test a new UPS. The contractor will need to assess the current state of electrical panels and wiring used to supply power to all equipment within the ring wall and procure, install and test new electrical equipment to replace damaged equipment. As part of this contract for DET C, the Contractor shall provide a rigid radome suitable for the antenna operation that will not interfere with the transmission or reception of commanding and telemetry signals. The rigid radome shall be mounted to the foundation and shall have a door that can accommodate the access of a manlift.
