Description


This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. This RFI is issued for the purpose of determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available.
This RFI/Sources Sought is issued for the following purposes:
• Receive industry comment on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Determine market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources.
DLA Contracting Services Office seeks to identify interested sources from industry for the establishment of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for 152 A3 and A4 Multi -Functional devices (MFDs) with accessories/services to support of Headquarters Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC) at Redstone Arsenal, AL (144 devices shall be located in Redstone Arsenal, AL; 2 devices shall be located at Anniston Army Depot, AL; 6 devices shall be located at the Pentagon, Washington D.C.) . Period of performance is November 1st, 2025. See Attachment 1 DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
A response to this RFI/Sources Sought shall not be considered an adequate response to any forthcoming solicitation announcement. The Government WILL NOT pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent for the costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. The Government WILL NOT provide a debriefing on the results of this RFI/Sources Sought. All interested sources and qualified sources from industry interested in this announcement, respond with whether the above products can be supplied. Be sure to include the information below. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended. All submissions should be submitted by electronic mail to the Government point of contact no later than: May 06, 2025 by 2:00 PM Eastern.
