This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the base year and one option period.
Description of Requirement:
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Ketchikan requires annual preventative maintenance and testing of oil-fired boilers and water heater systems located at USCG Base Ketchikan. The detailed requirements are specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Scope of Work:
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, engineering services, and transportation necessary to complete preventative annual maintenance, cleaning, and testing of heating systems located at USCG Base Ketchikan. The detailed scope of work, including specific tasks and deliverables, is provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The award will be made to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price that meets or exceeds the acceptability standards for non-cost factors
