06/09/2025 - Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a corrected Attachment A - Pricing Template correcting all formula errors found throughout the spreadsheet. (Please see Am_0003 70FBR625R00000008 Attachment A for updated Pricing Template). The Phase II Proposal due date remains Friday, June 13, 2025 by 1:00 PM ET.
 

06/06/2025 - Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated Attachment A - Pricing Template correcting a formula error found in Row I of the spreadsheet. (Please see Am_0002 70FBR625R00000008 Attachment A for updated Pricing Template). The Phase II Proposal due date remains Friday, June 13, 2025 by 1:00 PM ET.

05/29/2025 - Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to timely contractor submitted questions, update the SF 1449 and solicitation, update Attachment A - Pricing Template, and update Attachment B - Statement of Work (Please see Attachment List for updated Attachments A, B & D).  The Phase I Proposal due date is hereby extended to Wednesday, June 4, 2025, 12:00 PM ET.  

05/28/2025 Notice to Offerors - Responses to Questions received by the QA due date of May 20, 2025, 12:00 PM ET will be posted by 5:00 PM ET, on Thursday May 29, 2025.  The Phase I Proposal due date will also be extended at that time to Wednesday, June 4, 2025, 12:00 PM ET.

The purpose of this unrestricted solicitation is to request proposals for Technical Assistance in Support of the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Claims Office (Claims Office).

FEMA intends to issue one (1) Commercial Single award, T&M contract for the required services. The Government estimates a need for up to 350 technical personnel to be prepared to deploy to the Claims Office in support of expeditious and accurate processing of claims. Further details are included in the attached solicitation and SOW.


This Best Value competition will be conducted in two (2) phases, Phase I and Phase II.


- Questions (for Phase I and II) are due on May 20, 2025 by 12:00 PM ET (Questions received after the cutoff date may not be considered or receive a response),
- Phase I proposals are due on June 4, 2025 by 12:00 PM ET,
- Phase II proposals are due on June 13, 2025 by 1:00 PM ET,
*The Government reserves the right to modify these dates/times.

The government anticipates award on or about July 1, 2025.

Offerors shall submit their Questions on the Questions Template (Attachment D) and proposals electronically by email to Rachel Woods (Rachel.Woods@fema.dhs.gov) and Sharon Edwards (Sharon.Edwards3@fema.dhs.gov) only before the due date and time indicated.
