Description


The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region VI has a need for various IT parts to support the Denton campus.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423690, with a small business size standard of 250 employees.

This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

This is a sole brand name request. Quotes must fully conform to the specifications included in this solicitation.

The Government's range of affordability for this request does not exceed $91,000.00. Offerors are encouraged to submit pricing that is fair, reasonable, and within this anticipated funding range.

The delivery terms for this request are 45 days after receipt of order.

All email correspondence, including quotes, clarifications, proposal submissions, must include the RFQ Identifier "FEMA Region VI: IT Parts List - 70FBR625Q00000034," in the subject line of the email. This requirement ensures proper tracking and timely handling of communications. 

All questions shall be submitted to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov. During the solicitation period, the Contracting Officer will not be accepting telephone inquiries.

Vendors who are interested in responding to this solicitation shall submit their quote via email to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than the 8:00 AM CD on July 28, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted for this request.

(July 18, 2025) Amendment #1: The purpose of the first amendment is to provide responses to vendor inquries and to clairfy the contract adminstration information, including billing and invoicing instructions, and extend the RFQ deadline to 8:00 AM CD on July 28, 2025. Except as specifically stated in the first amendment, no other terms, conditions, or CLIN structure have been changed to date.
