Amendment 1:

The Purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Update Attachment 2 “6126_6127 Mold Remediation SOW (13 June 2025)”

Amendment 2:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

  1. Extend the deadline for the submission of quotes from 27 June 2025 3:00 PM CST to 3 July 2025 3:00 PM CST.
  2. Add the Site visit Questions and Answers to the list of attachments.
  3. Update the SoW for Changes resulting from the site visit questions and increase the number of rooms listed.

Amendment 3:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

  1. Extend the Deadline for submission of quotes from 3 July 2025 to 17 July 2025, 3:00 PM CST.
  2. Update the SoW with changes resulting from the Site Visit questions and increase the number of rooms listed.
  3. Extend the deadline for receipt of questions to 10 July 2025, 1:00 PM (CST)
  4. Schedule a second Site Visit on 8 July 2025 at 9:00 AM (CST).

The 7th Contracting Squadron is Soliciting for Mold Remediation Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to perform mold remediation services IAW the SOW. Offerors are encouraged to read the combined Solicitation/Synopsis in its entirety. 

Site Visit Information: A site visit shall be scheduled to allow for all interested Offerors or quoters to inspect the Site. This site visit will be conducted : 8 July 2025, 9:00 AM CST. All interested parties must RSVP to this site visit via email notification to reijo.rantala@us.af.mil and trevor.finch.1@us.af.mil NLT 3 July 2025, by 4:00 PM CST. All interested parties shall meet at the Dyess AFB Visitor Center by 8:30 AM 8 July 2025.


Deadline for Questions pertaining to this solicitation: Questions shall be sent to the email addresses: reijo.rantala@us.af.mil and trevor.finch.1@us.af.mil, NLT 10 July 2025, 3:00 p.m. (CST).

Deadline for receipt of offers: NLT 17 July 2025, 3:00 p.m. (CST). All quotes shall be emailed to reijo.rantala@us.af.mil and trevor.finch.1@us.af.mil.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing a Small Women-Owned Business Set-A-Side. A separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
