A.General Requirements:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), is seeking professionalBid-Build (B/B) services to construct the project titled “Renovate Lake Nona Building 1 Women’s Health” at theOVAHCS, Lake Nona facility, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827.


The Contractor shall provide all construction services including labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervisionas necessary to construct the project described herein and other specified tasks as further defined in theStatement of Work (SOW). The construction shall be in accordance with the 100% design drawings, andspecifications for this project. Refer to attachments.

B.Project Overview:
This project includes the renovation of approximately 8,272 sf of existing administrative space for Lake NonaWomen’s Health Clinic. The renovation area will be in building 1, level 4, Area A, Zone 1 and 2 at Orlando VeteransAffairs Medical Center (OVAMC). Work includes architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and lowvoltage.
