This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.  The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is FA671225Q0009. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC Circular 2025-04. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/. 

The NAICS code is 33411 (Computer and Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing) and the Small Business Standard is 1,250 Employees.

The proposed contract is 100% total Small Business set-aside.

Award shall be made on the evaluation basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i), All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The deadline for submitting quotes is Wednesday, July 30th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. eastern standard time.  Quotes submitted after this date will not be considered.  Email quotes to ryan.scott.34@us.af.mil.
