Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Sole Source Award of a Time & Materials contract for commercial products/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,”. This acquisition is also in accordance with subpart 16.6, “Time-and-Materials, Labor-Hour, and Letter Contracts”; and subpart 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117, and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) 20241016.
The requirement for NAICS Code 541511 size standard: $34 M. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) database to be eligible to receive award and have completed the “On-line Representations and Certifications” within that registration.

The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). One award is anticipated. All quotes are due on 19 March 2025 and required to be valid until 19 May 2025. Period of Performance for service is 365 calendar days with a base year plus four option years.
