The Contractor shall identify and provide 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom turnkey residential properties in specified Kentucky counties (Breathitt, Clay, Estill, Floyd, Harlan, Johnson, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Martin, Owsley, Perry, and Pike, and as well as any future counties) to support eligible disaster applicants.
