N44255-25-R-1503, VENTI MACC: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to provide design/build and design/bid/build work for new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair work. The work will be performed at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest (NW) Area of Responsibility (AOR) including, but not limited to: Alaska, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming. It is anticipated that most of the work will occur in Washington State.
The estimated total aggregate capacity of the MACC is $9,000,000,000 over one 12-month base period, two 24-month option periods, and one 36-month option period, for a maximum duration of 96 months, for work under primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 and secondary NAICS codes 237990, 237130, 237310.
Task orders issued under the MACC will range from approximately $50,000,000 to no maximum value per order.
