Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12. “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE) has a requirement for Translation and Interpretation Language Services at WRNMMC and ATAMMC.
The contractor must provide current Representation and Certifications, with quote. All eligible and responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have a valid Unique Entity ID and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541930 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quotes will be evaluated based on best value to the Government.
