Description


The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region VI has a need for Ultra Service Plan for Galaxy with a Warranty/Service Contract services.

The purpose of this Request for Quote is to seek quotes for a Ultra Service Plan for Galaxy with a Warranty/Service Contract in accordance with the Statement of Work.

This solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set aside.

This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12.5 million in annual revenue.

All questions shall be submitted to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM CST on July 7, 2025.

Vendors who interested in responding to this solicitation shall submit their quote via email
to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than the 12:00 PM CST on July 15, 2025.

All inquiries and offers must include "RFQ 70FBR625Q00000031: USP Galaxy" within the naming convention of the submission.

In accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, offerors must have current and complete representations and certifications in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
    •    If your Reps and Certs are current in SAM.gov, no separate submission is required.
    •    If you are not registered in SAM.gov or your records are incomplete or outdated, you must complete and submit FAR 52.212-3 with your quote. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in your quote being deemed nonresponsive.
