This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
FAR Regulation: This solicitation and resulting contract are subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular 2025-03.

USCG Base Ketchikan requires annual inspection, testing, and functional maintenance of one (1) FM-200 clean agent fire suppression system and one (1) associated pre-action fire sprinkler riser. Services shall include temporary valve setup to allow trip testing, as well as full NFPA-compliant testing, documentation, and report submission.

Full details are provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

  • Base Year: Award date through 30 September 2025

    • The required annual inspection and testing service must be completed no later than 30 September 2025.

  • Option Year One: 01 August 2026 – 30 September 2026

  • Option Year Two: 01 August 2027 – 30 September 2027

  • Option Year Three: 01 August 2028 – 30 September 2028

  • Option Year Four: 01 August 2029 – 30 September 2029

Quotes shall include:

  • Completed Pricing Table (see attachments)

  •  Confirmation of acceptance of all terms

  • Technical capability (brief summary of relevant experience)

  • Past performance references (if available)
