This (sources sought) notice is for market research purposes only. 

Description of the requested services: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified Contractors who can provide fuel and deliver it to the Federal Regional Center (FRC).

Response deadline to the sources sought notice: Contractors who are interested are invited to provide responses to the questions that are expressed in section four of this sources sought notice to Contract Specialist, Barbara Gonzalez, via email to
