INDUSTRY DAY:
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport will hold a Code 25 Industry Day on Wednesday, 21 MAY 2025 for two upcoming acquisitions: 


-Lab/Advanced Interactive Management Technology Center (AIMTC) follow on to N00178-19-D-8122-N66604-21-F-3004
-Combat Control Systems follow-on to N00178-19-D-8424-N66604-22-F-3014

The purpose of the Industry Day is to provide insight into the acquisition and increase industry awareness of the upcoming service solicitations.  


The event will be held via MS Teams. A link will be provided to registrants prior to the event. 

REGISTRATION:
Each company interested in participating in this Industry Day must complete and submit the attached Industry Day Registration Form no later than 19 MAY 2025.  Please submit the completed registration form via email to maria.f.gregory.civ@us.navy.mil.  

TENTATIVE AGENDA:
0900 – Welcome and Contract Presentation
1000 – Event Concludes

QUESTIONS:
Questions on the upcoming solicitation should be submitted via the registration form in advance of the Industry day.  Questions may not be taken during the event.  All questions submitted via the registration form or asked during the industry day, and their subsequent answers, will be posted on the Seaport Portal.

Industry will not be permitted to set up marketing material.  Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice Industry Day will be solely at the interested parties' expense.  Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future event.  It is the responsibility of the potential interested respondees to monitor Seaport for additional information pertaining to the upcoming Industry Day.  There will be no fee to attend, however, industry participants will be required to preregister.
