USFCR Registration Services

There are several federal programs for government contractors and nonprofits that require specific registrations or certifications. These include the System for Award Management (SAM), in which all contractor businesses and nonprofit grant recipients must register, and set-aside contract programs, such as women and veteran owned, 8(a) disadvantaged, and HUBZone. These programs, registrations, and certifications are heavily regulated, complex, and time-consuming, and must be renewed annually or other intervals.

USFCR provides full-service registration and certification services that streamline the onboarding of businesses and nonprofits into the federal sector.

Our teams of experts manage the process and paperwork and maintain federal regulation expertise, which allows our clients to enter the federal sector with minimal effort. This lets our clients focus on what really matters - their business or nonprofit.

SAM (System for Award Management) Registrations

USFCR completes and maintains SAM registrations with guaranteed registration compliance and provides case manager support. You also receive the USFCR verified vendor seal certifying your registration.

No federal agency or any registration services entity provides this additional value.

Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB/EDWOSB) Registration

To help level the playing field and create more opportunities for women entrepreneurs, the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside was established. From the over $500 billion the government allocates for contracts every year, 5% is obligated for WOSBs. USFCR provides WOSB set-aside registrations to help women-owned clients qualify.

Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB/SDVOSB) Certification

The Federal Government allocates 3% of the total contract dollars spent on Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Although not a set-aside, the Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) certification has its own benefits, including resources offered by the Office of Veterans Business Development (OVBD), funding opportunities, and entrepreneurship training programs.

Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Certification

The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program was established by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to help small businesses in economically distressed areas of the country. The goal of the government is to spend 3% of contracting dollars with HUBZone certified businesses.

8(a) Business Development Program Certification

The federal government's goal is to award at least 5% of all federal contracting dollars to small, disadvantaged businesses each year. The government also limits competition for certain federal contracts to businesses in the 8(a) program. Obtaining an 8(a) certification makes your business eligible to compete for the program’s set-aside contracts.

General Services Administration (GSA) Registration

GSA “Schedules” is shorthand for the Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) and Multiple Award Schedules (MAS). These are large, long-term, governmentwide contracts. Schedules connect government buyers to business in order to source compliant products and services at fair and reasonable prices. USFCR offers a unique program for its clients to get on the GSA.

Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) Registration

A DAPA helps establish the selling price for medical and pharmaceutical products and gives the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) the authority to distribute the DAPA-holder's products to the military. Part of the Prime Vendor Program, DAPAs are established with pharmaceutical and medical/surgical manufacturers and distributors.

Invoice, Receipt, Acceptance, Property Transfer (iRAPT) Registration

In 2014 the Department of Defense (DoD) transitioned from the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to the Invoice, Receipt, Acceptance, Property Transfer (iRAPT) system. iRAPT is an online invoicing system allowing government vendors to submit their federal contracting invoices and receipts. The goal of this system is to create an organized, paperless environment for vendors selling goods and services to the DoD.
