Our Registration and Contracting Specialists

These specialists help USFCR clients understand the federal sector, registrations, certifications, and government contracting. They work with businesses of all sizes to help them understand how their products or services translate to federal contracting and provide a path for success with USFCR and our services as a partner.

Our Case Management, Support, and Training Team

This Case and Support group ensure USFCR clients have a frictionless experience from their first federal registration to their renewals and use of USFCR contracting products, including the USFCR Academy. They also perform Small Business Administration set-aside qualifications and certifications, including Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned, HUBZone, and 8(a) Business Development.

Marketing and Development Team

This team produces the materials that help educate USFCR clients on our products and services, so they can succeed in federal contracting. These include multimedia, websites, webinars, Academy shows, and other collateral. The group also develops and maintains USFCR products, like the Simplified Acquisition Program.

Strategic Operations

Strategic Operations is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive the organization's growth and success. The team works closely with other departments and functions within the organization to ensure that strategic initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives. This group of specialists works to deliver current solutions to simplify government contracting including website development, customer outreach, digital marketing, and design and maintenance of USFCR’s proprietary web-based search and management portal (APP).

Administration Team

No company can do well without world-class administrative support, including human resources, accounting, and administration, and USFCR is no exception. This group ensures your USFCR team is in top shape and able to delight our clients.
