William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, Texas, requires blood donor testing services in accordance with the attached solicitation.

Requests for Information (RFI) are due no later than 3 July 2025. Interested parties shall submit RFIs to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer, identified herein, ONLY. 

Interested parties submitting a response to this solicitation are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms and conditions of the subject solicitation. Please refer to FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, 52.212-2 Addendum, and the perforamnce work statement (Attachment 1) of the solicitation.
